Welcome to Renzora, a platform owned and operated by Believe Universal Limited (BUL).
By accessing, registering, or using the Renzora App, Website, Vendor App, Delivery App, or any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Renzora.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Renzora” – The eCommerce & Reselling platform including Admin Panel, User App, Vendor App, and Delivery App.

  • “User/Customer” – Anyone who purchases products.

  • “Reseller” – Anyone who sells Renzora products through referral, social media, or offline.

  • “Vendor” – A seller who lists products on Renzora.

  • “Delivery Partner” – A person/company delivering orders.

  • “Company” – Believe Universal Limited (BUL) / Renzora.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to use Renzora.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for your login credentials.

  • Renzora is not liable for loss caused by unauthorized access.

  • Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or misuse will be terminated immediately.

4. PLATFORM ROLE

Renzora is a marketplace & reselling platform.
Renzora does not manufacture all products.
Vendors are responsible for product quality, legality, and compliance.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • All payments must be made through approved gateways only.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Refunds, replacements, and returns follow Renzora’s Return Policy.

6. RESELLER TERMS

  • Resellers earn commission as per Renzora’s active commission structure.

  • Commission may change anytime without prior notice.

  • Fake orders, self-orders, or manipulation will lead to permanent ban and loss of earnings.

7. VENDOR TERMS

  • Vendors must provide genuine, legal, and quality products.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for:

    • Product authenticity

    • Warranty & service

    • GST & legal compliance

  • Renzora may suspend any vendor without notice for policy violation.

8. DELIVERY PARTNER TERMS

  • Delivery partners must deliver orders honestly and on time.

  • Any theft, damage, or fraud will result in legal action.

  • Renzora has full right to terminate delivery partners anytime.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, designs, app content, brand names, and software belong to Renzora / Believe Universal Limited.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must not:

  • Sell illegal, banned, or counterfeit products

  • Abuse customers, vendors, or employees

  • Hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform

  • Spread false information about Renzora

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Renzora is not responsible for:

  • Vendor product defects

  • Courier delays

  • Internet failures

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Maximum liability is limited to the order value only.

12. TERMINATION

Renzora may suspend or terminate any account without notice for:

  • Policy violation

  • Fraud

  • Misuse

  • Legal risk

13. LEGAL JURISDICTION

All disputes are subject to Indian Law.
Jurisdiction: Courts of India only.

14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Renzora may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
