. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within

    [7–10 days] of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, innerwear).

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).


 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You may be required to provide photos/videos as proof.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as per supplier policy.
